Registration crew, bartenders, set-up and tear-down crew, security crew, informational crew, and judges.

​- Meet at the DWBA Volunteer Booth
- Judges are partnered and divided into eight sections that each group will be responsible for
- Sheets are prepared for judging criteria 
- Judges will score each of their sections and return the sheets 
- Awards and announcements will be at 2:30 pm 
- Judges will be asked to help present the awards on stage
